Refund policy

Student Training Programs

1. Course Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm and secure a student’s place in any training program or workshop offered by Soul Glow Academy.

2. Refund Policy

All course payments are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

3. Rescheduling

If a student is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, requests to transfer to a future training date may be considered at the discretion of Soul Glow Academy and must be submitted in writing prior to the course commencement date.

4. Course Cancellation by the Academy

In the unlikely event that Soul Glow Academy cancels or postpones a training program, students will be offered either: a full refund, or
the option to transfer to a future training date.

Private Clients & Healing Sessions

1. Session Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm private sessions, consultations, or healing services.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Late cancellations

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the session fee.

4. Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that Soul Glow Academy cancels or postpones a training program, students will be offered either: a full refund, or
the option to transfer to a future training date.

5. Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened session time in order to respect following appointment
