Mai is such a lovely, warm host. Blue Parrot was a scenic and creative setting. It’s one of the elements that inspired me to join… besides Mai’s beautiful offerings. Spending a weekend morning in the garden (with brunch!) is a lovely way to start the day. I liked the way we could hang out afterwards over tea or breakfast to chat. I met nice people and it created a bigger experience around the sound healing and meditation. I really liked the wooden Thai house for sound healing. It’s very ambient and the vibrations coming through the floors were very special. Did a great job guiding the session and weaving in elements of meditation as well as explaining the ideas behind what we were experiencing. I thought it was really good value for money. Thank you, Mai! This is an easy session for me to recommend friends because it offers many points of interest alongside quality sound healing.
