I attended Mai’s sound healing class with low expectations, thinking it might just be a trendy gimmick—but I was completely blown away. Everything she shared was grounded in science, yet she made it so easy to understand. I’ve practiced meditation before, and this class showed me how sound can truly support the mind in entering a deep meditative state. I experienced a sense of stillness and clarity that felt powerful. A calm mind really is a powerful mind. Mai gently guided us to explore that quiet space within ourselves and helped us connect with the process of manifesting with intention and awareness. It was both grounding and transformative.

Each session has deeply touched me in ways that words can hardly describe. I felt an immediate connection to the energy, the stillness, and the calming presence that Khun Mai brings into the space.

There’s something incredibly grounding and nourishing about the experience—it helped me feel more centered, more at peace, and more in tune with myself. I’ve felt a strong pull to this energy, and it’s led me to book a one-on-one session at the end of this month. I’m truly looking forward to deepening this journey.

I didn’t expect much and it turned out to be more than I ever imagined.

Mai is such a lovely, warm host. Blue Parrot was a scenic and creative setting. It’s one of the elements that inspired me to join… besides Mai’s beautiful offerings. Spending a weekend morning in the garden (with brunch!) is a lovely way to start the day. I liked the way we could hang out afterwards over tea or breakfast to chat. I met nice people and it created a bigger experience around the sound healing and meditation. I really liked the wooden Thai house for sound healing. It’s very ambient and the vibrations coming through the floors were very special. Did a great job guiding the session and weaving in elements of meditation as well as explaining the ideas behind what we were experiencing. I thought it was really good value for money. Thank you, Mai! This is an easy session for me to recommend friends because it offers many points of interest alongside quality sound healing.

It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I felt so open and safe during the session. Even when I was at a loss for words, P’Mai you still managed to understand me deeply.
