We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and heart-centered space for healing, learning, self-discovery, and personal growth. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a positive experience for all students, clients, and participants.

By enrolling in or participating in our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

By enrolling in or accessing any of our courses, workshops, private sessions, events, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

All course fees, workshop fees, and private session payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once the booking or enrollment has been confirmed.

For training programs, transfer requests to a future course date may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability and management approval.

For private sessions, cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the required course attendance, coursework, and practical assessments where applicable.

Soul Glow Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if the required standards or participation criteria are not met.

All course materials, manuals, training content, recordings, methodologies, branding, and educational resources provided by Soul Glow Academy are protected under intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the academy.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, sharing, recording, distribution, teaching, modification, resale, or commercial use of any materials or academy content without prior written consent from Soul Glow Academy is strictly prohibited.

Students, clients, and participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and supportive behavior during all courses, sessions, and academy-related interactions.

Soul Glow Academy reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation in cases of inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

We deeply honor each individual’s unique wellbeing journey and are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and mindful space for healing, learning, and self-exploration.

To ensure the best and safest experience for all participants, we kindly ask students and clients to communicate any relevant health conditions or concerns prior to participation.

Sound healing, meditation, and holistic wellness practices are intended to support overall wellbeing and personal development but are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Participants are responsible for informing Soul Glow Academy in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, mental health conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or other health-related concerns that may affect their participation in sessions, courses, or activities.

By participating, students and clients acknowledge responsibility for their own wellbeing during all sessions and activities.

Soul Glow Academy shall not be held responsible for any health-related issues, injuries, reactions, or complications arising from undisclosed medical or health conditions.

While Soul Glow Academy is committed to providing high-quality educational and wellness experiences, the academy does not guarantee specific personal or professional outcomes.

Soul Glow Academy shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in courses, sessions, workshops, or use of academy materials.

Soul Glow Academy respects the privacy and confidentiality of all students and clients. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Soul Glow Academy reserves the right to update course content, schedules, pricing, policies, or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

Any significant updates will be communicated appropriately through official communication channels.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
