Students and clients are encouraged to share any concerns, feedback, or support requests regarding their learning experience, private sessions, training environment, or services through the academy’s official communication channels.

All feedback, concerns, and support requests will be handled professionally, respectfully, and confidentially.

Soul Glow aims to acknowledge and review all communications within 7 business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide fair and supportive resolutions where appropriate.
