I've never done sound healing before. Is it right for me?

Absolutely. No experience is needed — only an open mind. Sound healing works on the nervous system and subconscious, so your body receives the benefits whether or not you “understand” it. Many first-timers say it’s the most deeply relaxing experience they’ve ever had.

Private 1:1 sessions are fully tailored to your personal intention — Mai does a full energy assessment and customizes the entire session to your specific needs. Group sessions are a beautiful shared experience, with a collective intention set by the circle. Both are powerful — private goes deeper personally, group adds the dimension of collective field.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before. Come with an open intention — even if it’s just “I need rest.” Bring a light blanket if you run cold. That’s all you need. Mai handles everything else.

Yes — Mai conducts sessions in both English and Thai. When booking, simply let her know your language preference and she will adjust accordingly. All group sessions can also be offered bilingually upon request.

Sessions are held at curated venues in Bangkok — location details are confirmed upon booking. For corporate and brand events, Mai also travels to your venue. Retreat sessions may be held at partner properties such as Soul Villas Phuket. Watch the workshops page for upcoming venue announcements.

Please notify at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee. Mai understands that life is unpredictable — please reach out directly and she will always do her best to accommodate.
