The Foundation Certificate in Sound Healing is a 1-day intensive training designed to provide students with a grounded understanding of sound healing through the principles of energy, frequency, vibration, and nervous system awareness.

This immersive program introduces the foundations of therapeutic sound, brainwave states, energetic awareness, and group sound healing facilitation. Students will explore how sound frequencies may support relaxation, emotional balance, energetic balance, and overall wellbeing through structured sound healing practices.

Designed for both personal growth and beginner practitioners, this training offers a practical and accessible entry into the world of sound healing through guided practice, experiential learning, and foundational facilitation skills.

Students will develop confidence in understanding the fundamentals of sound healing while learning how to create safe, intentional, and supportive healing spaces within a group setting.

None at all. The Foundation Certificate is designed specifically for complete beginners. Whether you have never attended a sound healing session before or simply want to understand it more deeply, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

You will have hands-on access to therapy-grade Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tingsha bells, and chimes throughout the practical sessions. All instruments are provided — you do not need to bring or own anything.

The Foundation Certificate is a 1-day entry-level training designed to introduce you to the principles and practice of sound healing. The Level 1 Professional Diploma is a full 4-day immersive programme that trains you to practise professionally and earn an internationally accredited qualification. The Foundation is the ideal first step before Level 1.

Sessions are held in Bangkok at a carefully chosen sacred space. The venue address is confirmed to enrolled students before the training date.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that you can lie down in. Bring a light blanket if you run cold. No prior preparation is needed — simply arrive with an open heart and a willingness to experience. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
